How to Be Confident in Your Body as a Woman

Body confidence is not a personality trait you either have or lack. It is a skill, and like any skill, you build it through deliberate practice.

The most direct path is embodied movement: exercise that teaches you to feel your body from the inside rather than observe it from the outside.
