Euthymia Magazine is the editorial arm of Euthymia, a women's fitness and coaching club based in Dublin, Ireland. We publish practical, evidence-based content on training, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle -- written for women who want to understand their bodies and train with intention.

What we cover

Our editorial spans five core disciplines: strength and gym training, cardio and endurance, nutrition and diet, mindset and habits, and women's health. Every article is grounded in current research and reviewed for accuracy before publication.

Our editorial approach

We do not publish clickbait, fad diets, or pseudoscience. Articles are research-referenced and subject to editorial review before going live. Where information could be misapplied without professional guidance, we say so.

Content ranges from short essential reads to long-form deep dives. Premium subscribers get access to the full depth of our library, including in-depth guides and protocol-level content.

Behind the magazine

Euthymia was founded by Ana Lopes, a certified fitness coach with a decade of experience coaching women through strength, body composition, and lifestyle change. The magazine was launched to extend that knowledge beyond the gym floor -- giving every woman access to the same quality of information her coaching clients receive.

We are based in Dublin, Ireland and serve a primarily European audience.
