Once you're a member, you can book directly from the app, tap a slot, confirm, and you're in. You'll get a QR code to check in on the day.
You can cancel up to 48 hours before your session and your credit is returned automatically. Late cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Credits don't expire, use them whenever suits you. There are no rolling monthly commitments or use-it-or-lose-it pressure.
