Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership subscriptions

• You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
• Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your first subscription payment. If you have not accessed any sessions or digital content during this period, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at info@liveeuthymia.com to request a withdrawal.
• If you have accessed sessions or content within the 14-day window, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).

Class credit packs

• Class credit packs are non-refundable once purchased unless required by law.
• Credits expire as stated at the time of purchase and cannot be extended.
• If a class is cancelled by us, the credit used to book that class will be returned to your account within 24 hours.

Class cancellations by you

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a class: credit is returned to your account.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a class, or no-shows: the credit is forfeited.

Exceptions

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days via Stripe.
