1. Who we are

Euthymia is a personal training and fitness coaching service operated by Ana Lopes ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our platform at liveeuthymia.comor any associated mobile interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

We offer group fitness classes, personal training sessions, and digital coaching programmes. Access to services is contingent on holding an active membership subscription or a valid class credit pack.

3. Memberships & payments

  • Membership fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
  • Class credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Cancellation & right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel a subscription or purchase within 14 days of the contract date without giving a reason (cooling-off period), provided no digital service has been delivered. Where you have requested immediate access to digital content or sessions, you acknowledge the right of withdrawal may be forfeited.

5. Health disclaimer

Physical exercise carries inherent risks. By participating in our sessions, you confirm that you are in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. If in doubt, consult your GP before joining. We are not liable for injury resulting from failure to disclose a known health condition or from exercising outside your capability.

Completion of a health assessment form is required before your first session and must be renewed annually.

6. Intellectual property

All content including programmes, meal plans, videos, and written materials are the intellectual property of Euthymia and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
